These services are designed to meet clients and/or families where they are at. Amber tailors her approaches and modalities to what is most effective, safe and authentic to the client. Please see services below, designed to support clients 5 years and older.
Synergetic Play Therapy sessions integrate art, games, sandtray, and relational play to support emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy development. Services are trauma-responsive, neurodiversity-affirming, and strengths-based, with each session thoughtfully tailored to the child’s unique needs, interests, and developmental capacity.

Individual therapy is offered for teens and adults using a trauma-responsive, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming approach. Sessions are personalized to each client’s goals and lived experience, with interventions selected to support nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful, sustainable change.

Amber offers small group programs for children and teens focused on building regulation tools, managing anxiety, and strengthening coping skills. Group offerings are available at limited times throughout the year, with age ranges varying based on the specific group being offered.

Regulation Station Design & Setup
Amber provides consultation and implementation of regulation stations for schools, homes, and community settings. This can range from small, targeted in-room setups to comprehensive redesigns of larger spaces, all tailored to support regulation based on the unique needs and challenges of the children and environments they serve.
